Blowout Fracture, Orbit - CT - X-Ray

Medial ethmoid fracture of lamina papyracea with buckling of bone and orbital fat.  No extra ocular muscle entrapment.  Axial and coronal CT - note asymmetry of ethmoid aeration on x-ray.
